1. Complaints & Appeals Policy:

1.1 Lodging a Complaint:

- To raise a complaint, individuals are required to complete the official Complaint/Appeal Form, which can be accessed on the academy's website or obtained from the academy office.

- The completed Complaint/Appeal Form should be submitted via email to info@rabg.uk for prompt processing.

- Complaints can be lodged against individual staff members or the organisation as a whole.

1.2 Handling of Complaints:

- Upon receipt of a complaint, the academy will acknowledge its receipt within 5 working days and initiate an investigation promptly.

- All complaints will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and impartiality.

- A thorough investigation will be conducted, and the outcome will be communicated to the complainant within 15 working days of receipt of the complaint.

1.3 Appeal Process:

- If the complainant is dissatisfied with the outcome of the initial complaint resolution, they may submit an appeal within 10 working days of receiving the response.

- Appeals can be lodged against grading or marking procedures, as well as any instances of misconduct.

2. Appeals Policy:

- The decision of the appeals panel is final and binding.
